Arranging your appointment

• The preferred method of booking is through the website, however if you and technology don’t get along, please call and leave a voicemail with your desired treatment and your availability and I will return your call asap
• A 50% booking fee is required to hold all appointments

Attending your Appointment

• Please arrive on time – not too late or too early as our door is kept locked during treatments
• Parking information can be found here
• I advise parking on the street if your appointment is less than an hour; if more than an hour, its advisable to park in the multi-story or one of the side streets so you can relax during your treatment
• Please do not attend your appointment if you are showing any signs of illness; when in doubt, just contact me and we can decide together

Cancellation & Appointment Change Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When an appointment is cancelled or changed at short notice, it is often impossible for me to offer that time to someone else.

• If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give me at least two full working days’ notice.
• Appointments cancelled or rearranged with fewer than two full working days’ notice must be paid for in full. This applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation, including illness, emergencies or circumstances outside your control.
• I completely understand that unexpected situations can happen, and this policy is never intended to be unkind. However, the appointment time has still been reserved and the loss to my small business remains the same, so I must apply the policy consistently and fairly to everyone.
• Any booking fee already paid will be deducted from the amount due, and the remaining balance must still be paid.   
• Failure to attend an appointment without notice will also require full payment. Future appointments may need to be paid for in full when booking.

Consultations and Skin Allergy Patch Tests

• Clients who have not had an eyelash, eyebrow or semipermanent makeup service with me before, or have not had a one of these services by me within the last 6 months, must make arrangements for a consultation or skin allergy test first. This can be done by clicking here
• Allergy tests must take place no later than 48 hours before a lash or brow service
• SPMU allergy tests will be performed as part of your SPMU consultation

Minors

All minors must be accompanied by an adult during their treatment
