Salon Policies

1. Arranging your appointment

• The preferred method of booking is through the website, however if you and technology don’t get along, please call and leave a voicemail with your desired treatment and your availability and I will return your call asap
• A 50% booking fee is required to hold all appointments

2. Attending your Appointment

• Please arrive on time – not too late or too early as our door is kept locked during treatments
• Parking information can be found here
• I advise parking on the street if your appointment is less than an hour; if more than an hour, its advisable to park in the multi-story or one of the side streets so you can relax during your treatment
• Please do not attend your appointment if you are showing any signs of illness; when in doubt, just contact me and we can decide together

3. Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me and I take your appointment as a contract and the time slot is reserved for you.  For this reason, please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the chance to receive my services.

• I therefore respectfully ask that if you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact me ASAP and a minimum of 48 hours in advance
• If I don’t receive 48 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment then unfortunately, a cancellation charge of 50% will be payable
• Cancellations on the day of appointment will be closed as a no-show and incur the full fee
• I completely understand that sometimes things come up at the last minute which are out of your hands, and can assure you that I will be sympathetic
• All returning clients who fail to attend an appointment will be asked to pre-pay in full for their next appointment

4. Consultations and Skin Allergy Patch Tests

• Clients who have not had an eyelash, eyebrow or semipermanent makeup service with me before, or have not had a one of these services by me within the last 6 months, must make arrangements for a consultation or skin allergy test first. This can be done by clicking here
• Allergy tests must take place no later than 48 hours before a lash or brow service
• SPMU allergy tests will be performed as part of your SPMU consultation

5. Minors

All minors must be accompanied by an adult during their treatment
